We're looking for a Head of People to lead and operationalize a growing, multi-faceted People function across multiple business lines. You'll report to the Chief Legal Officer and partner closely with the CEO and executive team. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence, consistency, and building the right level of structure as the company matures. You'll have ownership across all people programs and functions, and will be responsible for strengthening and formalizing existing processes while introducing the governance and decision-making frameworks needed to operate effectively at scale -- including areas such as total rewards, performance management, and hiring rigor. You'll be a trusted strategic partner to leadership and will play a key role in ensuring people programs are aligned to business strategy and drive high-performing teams and outcomes.
