About The Position

Solidus Labs is seeking a Head of People & Culture to support the company's growth. This is a hands-on role focused on building systems, solving complex problems, and enhancing team performance. The Head of People & Culture will oversee the entire People function, collaborating with leadership on hiring, organizational design, performance management, compensation, and scaling a global company in a dynamic and regulated industry. Ideal candidates will possess strong agency, excellent judgment, the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, attention to detail, strategic and execution capabilities, commercial thinking, and the skill to build trust with diverse teams. Prior experience in a scaling startup is beneficial, as is a desire for broad ownership and a passion for building a People function in parallel with company growth. While a previous Head of People title is not mandatory, candidates must be sharp, curious, resilient, and capable of rapid growth into a leadership position.
