About The Position

The Head of Payroll Integrations will lead the strategic development and execution of payroll system integrations across multiple platforms within for Live Life Healthy and the products we sell. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow between payroll systems and other enterprise applications, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that support accurate and timely payroll processing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and HR to align integration strategies with organizational goals. Ultimately, this position drives innovation in payroll technology to support scalable and secure payroll operations across the United States.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and payroll software platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and data security standards in the United States.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of payroll integration solutions across various platforms and third-party systems.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, finance, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance payroll integration capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to manage integration points and resolve issues promptly.
