About The Position

The Head of Payroll Integrations will lead the strategic development and execution of payroll system integrations across multiple platforms within for Live Life Healthy and the products we sell. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow between payroll systems and other enterprise applications, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that support accurate and timely payroll processing. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and HR to align integration strategies with organizational goals. Ultimately, this position drives innovation in payroll technology to support scalable and secure payroll operations across the United States.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and payroll software platforms.

Responsibilities
