Lead the business transformation agenda for Payments Marketing. In this Managing Director role, you will modernize how we plan, execute, govern, and measure marketing to improve speed-to-market and commercial impact. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Finance, Data/Analytics, Technology, and Controls to drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end. As Managing Director, Head of Payments Marketing Transformation & Operations within Payments Marketing, you will define and deliver the multi-year transformation roadmap for the marketing organization. You will own complex planning, forecasting, and performance management routines that connect marketing investment and activity to business outcomes. You will work across Sales and partner organizations to strengthen operating cadence, alignment, and execution consistency.
