About The Position

The Head of Patient Experience and Strategy will shape how patient perspectives influence decisions across argenx and make patient experience a defining strength of the company. This leader will build and lead STEP (Strategy Team for the Experience of the Patient), a global, cross-functional community spanning development, clinical operations, medical affairs, patient advocacy, commercial, market access, corporate affairs and regional teams. This is a builder role focused on defining the vision, strategy, capabilities and ways of working needed to keep argenx connected to patients as it grows. The Head will bring people together around shared priorities, translate insight into action, and develop approaches that can scale across teams, geographies and stages of the product lifecycle. Acting as a connector, catalyst and strategic thought partner, the role helps ensure patient perspectives are a trusted and consistent input into important decisions, while enabling the teams closest to patients to lead execution. As part of Corporate Affairs, the leader will partner across the company to strengthen how argenx listens, learns and responds to the communities it serves. The role will also help shape a broader view of stakeholder experience, connecting insights and experiences across patients, healthcare professionals, policymakers, employees and other stakeholders. The role requires 15 or more years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of biotech and the patient journey, and a record of leading global patient experience or engagement strategies. The position is remote and offers a U.S. annual base salary hiring range of $228,000 to $313,500. It is eligible for short- and long-term incentive programs and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement savings plans and health benefits.
