About The Position

Fora is building the infrastructure layer that powers the partner side of our business — and this role owns it. As Head of Partner Operations, you'll turn a fast-growing, high-touch partner ecosystem into a scalable, well-run machine. You'll coordinate across stakeholders to streamline and optimize everything from how partners get onboarded to how contracts are structured to how rates flow through our systems. This is an opportunity to reassess foundational processes and design as we scale. The role reports to Director, Travel Partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in operations, partnerships, or account management at a marketplace, platform, or travel company
  • Proven experience building operational systems and processes from scratch — you've walked into ambiguity and created structure
  • Strong commercial instincts: you understand how partner economics work and why rate integrity matters
  • Experience with CRM platforms and a track record of improving operational efficiency
  • Comfortable being both the strategist and the person who executes — there's no team beneath you on day one

Nice To Haves

  • Travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end partner onboarding — from application review to launch
  • Contract architecture: master agreements, renewals, tracking, and compliance
  • Rate loading, content integrity, and rate parity management across the portfolio
  • Issue resolution processes and SLA frameworks
  • CRM buildout and systems infrastructure to support scalable partner operations
  • Partner portal evolution in close partnership with Product
