About The Position

Hyperbolic Labs is seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of the company during a period of rapid growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring that revenue operations, customer operations, supply coordination, and internal execution scale smoothly as the company grows from approximately 10 to over 100 employees. The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure, including managing billing and invoicing systems, aligning GPU supply with customer demand, and building the operational rigor required to support a global compute marketplace. This role involves directly managing and mentoring the Business Operations Specialist, supporting execution across finance operations, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional process design. It is a hands-on role requiring the ability to build scalable systems and execute tactically. The Head of Operations will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute company priorities, improve cross-functional alignment, and establish the operational infrastructure for efficient scaling. A key responsibility will be implementing scalable processes to replace manual or bespoke workflows, improving visibility, consistency, and execution without slowing the company down. This position is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to fast-moving environments, and has successfully scaled early-stage companies through rapid growth.

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies.
Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases.
Strong track record owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution.
Experience building scalable systems and processes that replace manual workflows.
Hands-on operator who can execute tactically while driving strategic operational improvements.
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams.
Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
Experience working in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses.
Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational alignment, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute environments is strongly preferred.
Background in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or marketplace businesses.
Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management.
Experience building operational systems that support distributed or international scaling.
Familiarity with early-stage startup environments where ownership is broad and roles evolve quickly.
Track record of improving operational efficiency, margins, or customer experience in high-growth environments.
Experience working closely with founders or executive teams in high-urgency settings.
