About The Position

Leads the global OT & Product Cybersecurity function and holds end-to-end accountability for defining, governing and overseeing cybersecurity controls, standards and compliance requirements across manufacturing environments and vehicle products. Ensures secure product architecture, development and compliance with global cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in product security, OT security, embedded systems security or industrial cybersecurity.
  • Proven leadership experience within automotive, industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience implementing and governing global cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with vehicle cybersecurity standards and type approval requirements.
  • Experience representing organizations towards regulators, auditors and certification bodies.
  • Advanced cybersecurity certifications/skills (CISSP, ISO 21434, ISO 62443 etc.).

  • Executive leadership or transformation management training preferred.
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global OT and Product Cybersecurity strategy aligned with regulatory, business and engineering requirements.
  • Own cybersecurity policies, standards, control frameworks and technical requirements across OT and vehicle security domains and ensure that they are implemented by the manufactures.
  • Ensure global compliance with applicable regulations and standards such as UNECE R155/R156, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 62443 and relevant regional requirements.
  • Govern secure architecture design and implementation across all vehicle programs.
  • Establish and oversee the global OT and Product Cybersecurity risk management framework, ensuring cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities and emerging threats across manufacturing environments and vehicle products are identified, assessed, prioritized and mitigated in alignment with business, safety and regulatory requirements.
