About The Position
Rumble is hiring an operator to drive performance across multiple locations. This is not a corporate role. This is a hands-on, execution-driven position with real ownership. You are responsible for performance across studios. You will drive revenue and hit targets, fix underperforming locations, hold teams accountable, and turn plans into execution quickly. This is a role for someone who moves fast and gets results.
