About The Position

The Head of Multi-Asset & Wealth Data owns the end-to-end Multi-Asset & Wealth data value stream within S&P Global’s Global Data Enablement and Operations organization. The role ensures that data products reliably support index construction, calculation, rebalancing, analytics, and downstream use, and translates index, product, and commercial priorities into a prioritized, executable data product roadmap with defined commitments, dependencies, and outcomes. The role leads data products throughout their lifecycle, from sourcing and domain definition through governance, platform adoption, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. As the primary business-facing data leader for Multi-Asset & Wealth, this position aligns stakeholders, resolves priorities, communicates progress and trade-offs, and coordinates Data Domain Owners, Data Product Owners, and Data Operations Analysts. It also drives asset-class vendor and content sourcing decisions, adoption of master data and data-quality standards, and transitions supporting greater operational centralization. Key outputs include a value-stream strategy and roadmap; governed data domains with clear ownership and decision rights; gold, platform-ready data products meeting quality, lineage, availability, and usability requirements; documented OKRs, KPIs, delivery commitments, and value measures; transparent data-quality, master-data, and platform-adoption metrics with remediation plans; and practical operations-centralization transition plans covering controls, handoffs, service expectations, and change management. The role partners with Value Stream Business Owners, the Distribution Value Stream Owner, Technology, Product, Platforms and Design, Index Management, Index Design, Commercial teams, the Enterprise Data Office, Data Domain Groups, Data Operations, and external data and content providers. The position is limited to people with indefinite right to work in the United States. Final-stage external candidates must attend at least one in-person interview, ordinarily at their nearest S&P Global office, before an offer can proceed.
