About The Position

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead, execute, and scale THE/STUDIO’s marketing engine end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a proven marketing leader who thrives in a high-growth environment, can balance high-level strategy with execution, and has a track record of building and scaling performance-driven marketing organizations. From day one, you will take full ownership of our growth channels, audit existing operations, and establish a unified, cross-channel strategy that drives aggressive lead generation and top-line revenue. You will be responsible for mapping the end-to-end customer journey, establishing unified cross-channel messaging, and scaling our marketing team and specialist network to maintain our high-growth momentum. This role is ideal for a pragmatic, data-obsessed marketer who knows how to cut through the noise, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drive consistent, measurable outcomes in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing experience with a proven track record of leading a marketing team or function in a high-growth company (and being directly responsible for that growth).
  • Deep expertise in managing, connecting, and scaling integrated marketing channels (SEO, Paid Media/PPC, Web, Content, and Email).
  • Highly analytical mindset with advanced hands-on experience in GA4, data modeling, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfortable setting executive-level strategy in the morning and rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot a campaign or funnel in the afternoon.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and outcome-driven. You don't wait for instructions—you identify priorities, act with urgency, and deliver results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to align remote teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners toward common targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Intellectually curious - possesses a natural disposition and comfort to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and a desire to ‘get to the bottom of things’ if they see something not quite right
  • Self-motivated with a meaningful reason to deliver excellence
  • Good communication skills that enhance collaboration, minimize misunderstandings, and at a frequency that is appropriate for a remote team
  • Radical candor - Coachable, accepting of constructive negative feedback and willing to provide constructive negative feedback where applicable
  • Operates with a level of urgency - values immediate action where prudent, enables quick decision-making, swift problem-solving, and seizing opportunities in a dynamic business environment
  • Natural customer centricity - has an affinity to always start their train of thought or analysis with the customer’s perspective, bias towards talking to the customer to understand them
  • Results-driven - focuses on achieving and exceeding measurable objectives

Responsibilities

  • Scale the Marketing Engine: Drive our ambitious growth targets by optimizing current channels and systematically expanding and scaling the marketing organization (internal team, specialists, and external agency partners).
  • Connect the Full User Flow: Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints (SEO, paid search/social, website, content, and email) to deliver a seamless, high-converting experience.
  • Drive Cross-Channel Growth: Audit, lead, and optimize performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns to generate high-quality, high-intent demand.
  • Deep Analytics & Attribution: Master our data infrastructure within your first 3–6 months to establish granular performance tracking, cross-channel attribution, and actionable GA4 dashboards that guide investment decisions.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Ruthlessly prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities, run disciplined experiments, and translate insights into immediate business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align growth initiatives with capacity and bottom-line revenue goals.
  • Process & System Building: Establish lightweight processes, reporting cadences, and operational frameworks that improve speed, accountability, and clarity across the team.
