Head of Marketing

Arya HealthNew York, NY

About The Position

Arya is building the AI workforce for healthcare. Healthcare organizations employ armies of administrators to handle intake, scheduling, hiring, compliance, payroll, and keep operations running. Arya’s digital agents do that work. We work across healthcare organizations’ existing systems to automate operational workflows end to end. Our ambition isn’t to make administrative work 20% more efficient. It’s to eliminate huge amounts of it entirely, and to create more time for care. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Head of Marketing to help us define and own this category.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software, healthcare technology, vertical SaaS, or AI.
  • Exceptional storyteller and writer.
  • Knows how to make complicated products feel simple.
  • Understands enterprise sales and account-based marketing.
  • Cares about pipeline and revenue more than MQLs and impressions.
  • Can communicate credibly with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Strong creative judgment and high standards for what goes into the market.
  • Obsessed with understanding customers.
  • Comfortable going from strategy to writing the first draft yourself.
  • A builder who thrives when there isn’t already a playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Arya is positioned, how we tell our story, and how we create demand among the largest healthcare organizations in the country.
  • Positioning & category creation: Make it obvious why Arya is fundamentally different from traditional healthcare software.
  • Content & storytelling: Turn our point of view, customer insights, and results into content people actually want to read.
  • Customer marketing: Build case studies and stories that demonstrate real outcomes and ROI.
  • Demand generation: Create pipeline within a focused set of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Events: Make Arya stand out at the conferences that matter and create our own executive experiences.
  • Product marketing: Own launches, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.
  • The marketing organization: Figure out what works, then build the team to scale it.
