About The Position

Nabla is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their product marketing engine and drive the company's next stage of growth. The role focuses on sharpening positioning, defining clear choices across segments and channels, and equipping the go-to-market organization to win complex deals. Nabla is an AI assistant that streamlines clinical documentation, helping clinicians focus on patient care. With over 100,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations trusting Nabla, and backed by a recent $70M Series C, the company is expanding its next generation of clinical AI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with significant depth in product marketing.
  • Experience building positioning and launch systems personally.
  • US healthcare technology experience, with exposure to more than one route to market (direct enterprise sales plus channel, reseller, or partner motions).
  • Track record marketing to multiple buyer types, including clinical and administrative.
  • Proven leadership of a marketing team of 5+ across PMM, Growth, and Ops.
  • Strong strategic command of the demand mix (paid, SEO/GEO, lifecycle, ABM).
  • Data-driven: comfortable owning a pipeline target, defending attribution, and reporting to leadership and the board.
  • Series B to D SaaS experience.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States and able to maintain authorization without employer sponsorship.
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience through a growth inflection.
  • Experience with ambient listening, dictation, coding, and command capabilities in clinical AI.

Responsibilities

  • Shape Nabla’s go-to-market strategy across segments, buyer types and routes to market, identifying where to focus, how to differentiate, and how the narrative evolves.
  • Own Nabla's positioning and messaging architecture.
  • Build segment-level narratives across buyer types (clinical leadership, operations, finance) and adapt for each route to market (partners, resellers).
  • Own launch strategy and execution for new products and modules, including readiness, narrative, pricing, enablement, and adoption.
  • Build the competitive intelligence function, including battlecards, win/loss discipline, and understanding how to win against incumbents.
  • Own sales and partner enablement content, such as pitch decks, objection handling, and ROI/outcomes proof.
  • Own the demand strategy in coordination with the COO and growth lead, managing the growth lead who executes paid, SEO/web, lifecycle, and account-based programs.
  • Own marketing's pipeline number and its review process.
  • Direct the content team towards pipeline generation and credibility, prioritizing proof over promotion (clinical evidence, outcomes data, customer stories).
  • Own a single, clear content roadmap and its associated trade-offs.
  • Coach and guide the marketing ops manager, ensuring alignment and communication between Marketing and the broader company.
  • Oversee the marketing stack, data, processes, and reporting.
  • Ensure a clear, measurable view of marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Diagnose resourcing needs for PMM and growth, and provide clear, prioritized hiring and structure recommendations.
  • Distinguish between needs for new hires, agencies/contractors, or process improvements.
