About The Position

Keller Executive Search is hiring a Head of IT Operations to own end-user IT, service management, and operational run for the firm. This is an internal role. The function owns everything downstream of the platforms the Head of Application Management runs — endpoints, helpdesk, access, IT asset management, incident response. You'll report to the VP of Engineering and lead a team of [4–6]. The role exists because IT has outgrown a tier-1 helpdesk model and needs an operator who can build an ITIL-ish practice without making it heavy.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in IT operations management with a strong leadership background.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and vendor partnerships successfully.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Passion for technology and a drive to continuously improve operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced professional services environment preferred.
• advanced certifications are a plus.
