About The Position

Tools for Humanity (TFH) is seeking an experienced and well-connected Head of Investor Relations & Ecosystem Growth to lead efforts in expanding and strengthening the World ecosystem. This role is focused on ecosystem partnerships, technical evangelism, and stakeholder engagement. The role may also support company-level financing and investor engagement activities for Tools for Humanity. It does not involve promotion of any token or digital asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems and established relationships with technology and financial institutions, particularly in the USA and Asia. This role will be crucial in driving evangelism efforts and building relationships with key contributors to support World's growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, capital markets, buy-side finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and securing deals.
  • In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Strong existing relationships with a focus on the USA and Asia regions, particularly in the Web3/crypto, finance, and technology sectors.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics in the crypto and tech sectors, as well as understanding financial statements and valuations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, accurately, and persuasively.
  • Experience working with diverse, global teams and understanding of cultural nuances in business dealings across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing TFH investors, as well as Web3 partners and contributors.
  • Lead the evangelization strategy, identifying and engaging with potential contributors and institutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end deal processes, including presentations, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Monitor crypto and market trends, leveraging insights to strategically position World's technology, including the Orb, World ID, and World App.
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging about the World Network’s mission and vision.
  • Deliver regular updates tailored for Web3 partners and contributors.
  • Act as a liaison between Tools For Humanity and the surrounding ecosystem to ensure transparent communication and trust-building.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving interests in the Web3 and crypto spaces.
  • Lead the preparation of ecosystem evangelism materials including decks and memos tailored to potential contributors and institutions.
