The Head of Internal Communications & Engagement leads the strategy to ensure employees understand, connect to, and are inspired to deliver US business and patient priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor on internal comms to the US CGA leadership team and the US President, communicating strategy, change, performance and milestone moments to help shape the employee experience. Reporting to the VP, US Product, Pipeline and Patient Communications, this role partners across business units, leadership teams, Global Communications and Government Affairs to execute high-impact engagement strategies driving employee ambition and momentum to deliver US business priorities and GSK's patient-driven purpose and culture.
