About The Position

Zipline is seeking a builder to design, build, and operate a world-class internal communications program and visitor experience for investors, partners, government delegations, customers, and strategic visitors. This role combines internal communications with VIP visitor experience leadership. The position is responsible for the systems, narratives, logistics, communications, and on-site moments that shape how external stakeholders perceive Zipline's mission, capabilities, and momentum. The role will own Zipline's internal communications to all employees, building the function from the ground up. Responsibilities include orchestrating and hosting all-hands meetings, internal communications programs, and VIP external stakeholder visits from beginning to end, ensuring each interaction is polished, intentional, and reflects a company at the forefront of aerospace, logistics, and autonomy. The individual will partner directly with leadership across various departments (Comms, Manufacturing, Product, Engineering, Flight Ops, Operations, Culture, and Commercial) to ensure clarity and consistency in showcasing Zipline's work. The goal is to raise the bar for employee communications and external stakeholder experiences.
