About The Position

A fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Head of Integrated Supply Chain to help shape its next stage of growth. This executive role will build and transform the end-to-end supply chain, strengthen connectivity across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer delivery, and create scalable systems and capabilities. The role will develop leaders, improve service, inventory, cost, and operational performance, and partner with the executive team on broader business strategy. The company is looking for a leader who brings fresh thinking, challenges the status quo, and can influence how the organization operates.

Requirements

• Senior supply chain leadership experience in food, beverage, CPG, or complex manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing and operations background.
• Proven success leading transformation and growth.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing across the business.
