About The Position

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. The Head of Indirect Procurement will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all indirect procurement activities within Keller Executive Search. This role is responsible for driving cost savings, efficiency, and compliance across categories such as IT, marketing, facilities, travel, and professional services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in indirect procurement leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements in indirect procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing supplier contracts and relationships.
  • Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

  • Experience in professional services or recruitment industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms.
  • Lead and develop a procurement team focused on indirect spend.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and meet business needs.
  • Optimize procurement processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor key procurement metrics and report on performance and savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations across all indirect procurement activities.
