As the Head of Human Resources for our Midland facility, you will be an integral member of the Leadership Team, influencing business decisions, driving organizational growth and ensuring our people strategy aligns with and supports our ambitions. Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Degree level education and a relevant HR qualification (CHRP or equivalent).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to align people strategy with business priorities and drive meaningful change.
  • Experience operating within a matrix organization and working across Centres of Expertise.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively, navigate complexity and drive positive change.
  • Must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.
  • Must have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years.
  • Must meet all other program requirements for security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a unionised environment and/or highly regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
