Reporting directly to management, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll partner with leadership on workforce planning, compliance, and people strategy while staying directly involved in the day-to-day operations of recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has prior HR leadership experience in the security or staffing industry and understands the unique demands of high-volume hiring, multi-state compliance, and client-driven workforce management.
