About The Position

Hotel Rehabs is seeking a relationship-driven growth leader who excels at converting conversations into tangible opportunities. This role is for a proactive 'hunter' energized by meeting new people, building relationships, and creating new business avenues. As the Head of Hotel Partnerships, you will be responsible for forging connections with hotel owners and management groups, expanding Hotel Rehabs' footprint in the hospitality sector, and generating a steady stream of qualified renovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in creating new business relationships and opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers.
  • Evidence of personally originating business, rather than primarily managing an existing book of accounts.
  • Strong communication and executive presence.
  • Comfort with prospecting, networking, outreach, and asking for opportunities.
  • Ability to operate effectively through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
  • Strong personal organization and follow-through.
  • Experience leading or partnering closely with Marketing.
  • Ability to balance relationship-building with measurable commercial accountability.
  • The ability and desire to create relationships, earn trust, open doors, and turn those relationships into opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with hotel owners and management groups that align with our core-client profile.
  • Actively create new relationships and opportunities, rather than solely maintaining existing ones.
  • Connect relationships to specific hotel properties, projects, decision-makers, and timelines for evaluation by the Preconstruction team.
  • Strengthen Hotel Rehabs' reputation within the industry by building relationships that position the company as a key resource for hotel renovation guidance.
  • Maintain visibility into relationships and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and up-to-date CRM information.
  • Provide leadership to the Marketing team, ensuring marketing efforts, external presence, and brand experience support relationship development and company growth.
