About The Position

As Head of GTM for the Americas region, you’ll be responsible for setting, implementing, and iterating on the go-to-market strategy that ultimately delivers revenue and growth targets for the region. You will lead a team of ~50 AEs, CSMs, and Leaders who are responsible for landing new customers, expanding their usage, renewing, and ultimately platforming their organizations’ front line operations on Mitti. You will be the leader that all go-to-market employees in the Americas region look to for strategy, direction and clarity and you’ll focus relentlessly on talent - hiring the best people and building them into one, amazing team. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with global teams to ensure our product offerings meet the market and key industries and tailor strategies to the unique needs of each market within the Americas region. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a diverse region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven leadership track record of hiring, developing, and growing high-performing go-to-market teams.
  • Extensive experience leading Sales and Go-to-Market teams within a high-growth, scale-up SaaS business, ideally in the US market.
  • Experience partnering deeply and strategically with CS teams to drive renewals and expansion is a must.
  • Fluency in MEDDPICC and either Sandler Sales Training or Force Management Sales Training is a must.
  • Deep understanding of GTM transformation, including scaling from product-led to sales-led growth, transitioning from horizontal to industry-focused solutions, and scaling from SMB to Enterprise.
  • Demonstrated commercial background, including ownership of forecasts, budgets, P&L, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience working in a truly global environment, effectively managing stakeholders across diverse timezones, cultures, and geographies.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional global teams, particularly Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Expertise in analyzing performance data and metrics to drive operational efficiencies, forecast accuracy, and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency across all aspects of the funnel, from demand generation and marketing to direct sales, partnerships, and customer success.
  • Understanding of how a modern suite of AI-driven GTM tools can be integrated to drive impactful and efficient sales growth.
  • A relentless focus on the customer, role-modeling strong partnership behaviors and ensuring all functions align to meet strategic commercial objectives.
  • Ability to model company values, communicate effectively with all team members, and drive high levels of engagement and performance.
  • Experience deploying AI agents and other platforms to help drive pipeline and rep productivity is a must.
  • A relentless focus on the customer - from understanding business and market challenges they face to role modelling what a great customer partnership looks like.
  • Experience and success in working in a truly global environment - across timezones, cultures and geographies.
