About The Position

We are seeking a bold, data-driven, and product-minded Head of Growth to build and own our entire growth function as a founding member of the leadership team. This leader will architect the growth engine powering the next era of insurance AI, driving both self-serve product adoption and enterprise pipeline creation. You will partner directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to position the company as the category leader in a trillion-dollar industry undergoing AI transformation. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role suited for a hands-on PLG operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves experimentation, and has successfully built accelerated growth functions before. Requirements

  • 7–10 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS, including 2–3 years building growth functions.
  • Demonstrated success scaling product-led growth motions with measurable self-serve revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in multiple growth channels (paid acquisition, content, SEO, email, ABM, CRO, PLG).
  • Proven ability to drive $1M+ pipeline through demand generation in complex B2B environments.
  • Highly analytical with experience building dashboards, interpreting funnel data, and driving data-backed decisions.
  • Hands-on executor: able to write copy, build landing pages, launch campaigns, run tests, and instrument analytics yourself.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional executives.
  • Entrepreneurial, experimental, and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and resource constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation, self-serve revenue, and all core growth KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion metrics, PLG KPIs).
  • Build the complete growth function from the ground up—strategy, execution, analytics, systems, and talent.
  • Develop scalable demand generation programs across paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, industry channels, and content.
  • Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy, positioning, messaging, and experimentation roadmap.
  • Own PLG motion including self-serve onboarding, free trial conversion, product virality, and freemium-to-paid pathways.
  • Design and execute rapid PLG experiments informed by user behavior, activation milestones, and funnel analytics.
  • Influence product roadmap and prioritize features that impact conversion, engagement, and viral loops.
  • Build and scale multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, webinars, events, partnerships).
  • Launch ABM programs targeting enterprise buyers in partnership with Sales.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel from website visitor → product signup → qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Establish growth analytics infrastructure including dashboards, attribution models, and KPI tracking.
  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate with disciplined experimentation and clear learning capture.
  • Manage growth budgets with ROI accountability, capital efficiency, and precise channel allocation.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure high-quality lead flow, alignment on scoring, and seamless handoff processes.
  • Partner with Product to instrument analytics, prioritize PLG opportunities, and refine user onboarding.
  • Work with Customer Experience to drive expansion marketing, customer advocacy, and referral programs.
  • Represent the company at top industry conferences and build strategic partnerships across the insurance ecosystem.
  • Leverage AI-native tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay, Apollo, etc.) to automate marketing, personalization, and research.
  • Build scalable processes, documentation, playbooks, and systems for future hires.
  • Test emerging channels and innovative tactics to stay ahead of competitors and amplify market presence.
