The Role: We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to design and lead our paid and organic growth strategies, across both acquisition and retention with strong tech skills to own attribution, and martech. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Open, with the chance to build much from scratch and shape the company’s trajectory. This is a strategic role that also requires rolling up your sleeves and driving execution. This role will be based in LA hybrid with T-TH in our Venice Beach office.
