Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications. Since public launch, Emergent has reached $50M ARR in 7 months. 5M+ users across 190+ countries have built 6M+ applications on Emergent. We’re solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox. We’re hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale. The Role We’re hiring a Head of Growth to spearhead our next phase of global expansion, with a focus on the US and Europe. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the growth strategy end-to-end, defining playbooks, optimizing funnels, leading go-to-market initiatives, and scaling user acquisition. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to shape how Emergent Labs becomes a category-defining AI company.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or tech leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling products and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong grasp of growth levers across marketing, product, and business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management and financial modeling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and makes data-informed decisions.
  • Technical curiosity—comfortable working with AI/tech products and translating them into growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the global growth strategy across the US and European markets.
  • Own key metrics across user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop and optimize scalable growth channels: paid, organic, partnerships, product-led, and community.
  • Build and lead cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and sales to drive exponential adoption.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, including P&L ownership, pricing, GTM models, and market expansion.
  • Establish a strong data-driven growth culture, using experimentation and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Build and mentor a world-class growth team as we scale.
