What started as a search for the perfect T-shirt has grown into a full collection of timeless essentials designed for real bodies—available in sizes XS to XXXL. The brand’s first six styles sold out in seven minutes, and today nuuds offers 65+ product styles, operates offices in Dallas and employs a team of 35+. nuuds has been built on the strength of Daryl-Ann’s loyal community of over 2 million followers across Instagram and other platforms. As we enter our next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Head of Growth to build a scalable, diversified acquisition engine that reduces reliance on founder- led activations and establishes a world-class paid media and performance marketing function. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to build the growth function from the ground up at a nine-figure DTC brand with extraordinary product-market fit and a passionate built-in audience. The mandate for this role is clear: architect and execute a transition to a diversified, media-driven acquisition model that unlocks new customer growth independent of founder activations. You will be the sole owner of all paid media spend, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing every dollar invested in customer acquisition. You will report directly to Daryl-Ann and work cross-functionally with the creative, product, and operations teams.
