About The Position

We’re hiring a Head of Growth who can build and run a full-funnel growth engine, from paid acquisition, to landing page optimization, to CRM-based conversion and retention. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who wants to operate, experiment, and iterate quickly inside a fast-moving consumer business with both subscription and e-commerce revenue. The ideal candidate comes from either a subscription app background or a DTC performance marketing background, has managed and scaled beyond $10m/year in spend, and is excited to work in a hybrid model. We don’t expect mastery in both from day one. We do expect someone who is technically strong, highly analytical, and eager to build systems that scale. This role builds the engine that fuels both our subscription and e-commerce revenue. You will create the systems, processes, experiments, and performance infrastructure that allow the business to scale predictably and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in hands-on growth roles (subscription apps, DTC brands, or hybrid businesses).
  • Deep experience with paid acquisition and creative experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills in funnel analysis, attribution, cohort modeling, and payback periods.
  • Experience running CRO tests on landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Ability to collaborate across brand, product, content, and e-commerce.
  • Comfort building systems from scratch inside a small, high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Run paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage spend to achieve efficient, scalable growth.
  • Drive performance creative testing and partner with design for rapid iteration.
  • Conversion & Funnel Optimization
  • Build and optimize landing pages for both subscription and DTC flows.
  • Establish an experimentation pipeline (hypotheses → tests → instrumentation → insights).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding improvements and early activation.
  • Early Retention & Lifecycle
  • Shape the first 30–90 days of the customer journey: CRM, messaging, nudges, reactivation.
  • Identify the key behaviors that correlate with long-term retention and build campaigns that support them.
  • Work cross-functionally with content and product on engagement drivers.
  • Growth Analytics & Forecasting
  • Own dashboards showing CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, revenue, and efficiency.
  • Build monthly and quarterly forecasts tied to spend, traffic, trials, subscriptions, and DTC orders.
  • Make data-driven decisions quickly knowing when to scale, pause, or shift investments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Brand Marketing to connect demand creation with revenue outcomes.
  • Work with E-commerce on merchandising and offer strategies.
  • Work with Product on onboarding, habit formation, and funnel improvements.
  • Work with Finance to align spend with revenue and payback expectations
  • Manage a small, high performing team
  • Create simple operating rhythms: weekly performance reviews, test synchs, creative rotations.
