We’re hiring a Head of Growth who can build and run a full-funnel growth engine, from paid acquisition, to landing page optimization, to CRM-based conversion and retention. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who wants to operate, experiment, and iterate quickly inside a fast-moving consumer business with both subscription and e-commerce revenue. The ideal candidate comes from either a subscription app background or a DTC performance marketing background, has managed and scaled beyond $10m/year in spend, and is excited to work in a hybrid model. We don’t expect mastery in both from day one. We do expect someone who is technically strong, highly analytical, and eager to build systems that scale. This role builds the engine that fuels both our subscription and e-commerce revenue. You will create the systems, processes, experiments, and performance infrastructure that allow the business to scale predictably and efficiently.
