With hubs in London and New York, and teammates across the US, UK, and Europe, we're scaling globally and looking for people passionate about our mission to join us. We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to own our entire growth engine—from strategy to execution across demand generation, ABM, partnerships, events, and our BDR motion. You'll design the marketing-to-sales infrastructure that turns interest into pipeline, build repeatable playbooks that scale, and lead a cross-functional team that drives measurable revenue growth. This role reports directly to our CEO and is based in our NYC headquarters (hybrid, 3 days/week on-site). You'll be a strategic partner to Sales and Product leadership, making high-stakes decisions about where to invest our growth budget and how to orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaigns that reach technical buyers.
