About The Position

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing French company looking to hire a Senior Growth Manager to take full ownership of its acquisition and conversion strategy. This is a high-impact role designed for a hands-on operator who can both execute and strategize, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and scalable growth systems. You will be responsible for driving growth across three core pillars: 1. Paid Media (Acquisition) Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage budgets, CAC, and ROI with a performance-driven mindset Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to unlock new growth levers Identify and launch new acquisition opportunities 2. Funnel Optimization (Conversion) Analyze the full funnel (landing pages → signup → conversion) Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates Optimize user journeys and reduce friction points Collaborate on landing pages, messaging, and CRO strategy 3. CRM & Automation Structure and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar) Build automated sequences (email, lead nurturing, scoring) Improve lead qualification and sales handover processes Implement growth loops and lifecycle marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition campaigns
  • Strong experience in funnel optimization & A/B testing
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and automation workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Fluent in French

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a strong plus
