About The Position

Zania is creating the Head of GRC Products role as it expands from a single product into a portfolio of governance, risk and compliance products. The role owns strategy and direction across risk, compliance and third-party risk management (TPRM) products, ensuring they work together as one platform and deliver measurable customer outcomes. The Head of GRC Products reports directly to the CEO and works closely with engineering, sales and customer teams.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, security, GRC or risk.
Experience managing multiple products or product lines simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks or third-party risk management.
Strong judgment and communication skills with executives and customers.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Experience with AI or machine-learning products.
Experience integrating separate products into a single platform.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and multi-year vision for Zania's GRC product portfolio, including risk, compliance and TPRM.
Prioritize investment across product lines and determine how products connect into a unified platform.
Define portfolio-level goals for adoption, retention and revenue contribution, and report progress to the CEO.
Partner with engineering leadership on product-line roadmaps grounded in customer and market needs.
Work with sales and customer teams on enterprise deals, proof-of-concept engagements and product expansion.
Track regulatory and market changes in GRC and TPRM to identify product opportunities.
Build processes, metrics and playbooks for managing a multi-product portfolio as Zania scales.
