As our Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you aren’t just a "recruiter-in-chief"; you are the architect of our global growth and the guardian of our unique culture. Reporting to our CHRO, you will lead a team of talented recruiters across the US, UK, and Germany. Your mission is to harmonise our global hiring efforts while ensuring that, whether we are hiring in Boston, London, Berlin or Düsseldorf, the experience feels as magical as the first time a child places a Tonie on a box. You’ll be a strategic partner, a mentor, and the driving force behind a data-driven TA function that scales as fast as our imagination.

Requirements

  • Scale-up experience in a fast-growing company, with the ability to build effective structures without losing company soul.
  • Expertise in Ashby or similar high-growth ATS tools, with a passion for using data to tell a story.
  • Proven track record of leading international teams in the US, UK, and Germany.
  • Located in the US (East Coast), UK (near London), or Germany (Berlin/Düsseldorf).
  • Thrive in a cross-border environment.
  • Mandatory English language skills.
  • Candid, caring, and professional communication style, with a sense of humor.

Nice To Haves

  • German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead a team across the UK, US, and Germany, fostering a "one team" community.
  • Build and refine global TA processes from startup hustle to scale-up smooth.
  • Champion the use of Ashby, ensuring it's a powerful engine for data-driven decisions and a seamless candidate journey.
  • Lead recruiting for senior leadership and executive roles, acting as a trusted advisor to top management.
  • Partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers to forecast needs and build high-performing teams.
  • Ensure employer brand shines globally, making tonies the most sought-after home for top-tier talent.
  • Turn raw data into a clear roadmap, using insights to fine-tune operations and ensure smart, human hiring decisions.
