About The Position

social.plus is on a mission to help brands and creators own their communities instead of renting them on third-party social platforms. As engagement on traditional social media declines and algorithms become more unpredictable, social.plus empowers enterprises to build curated digital communities directly within their own apps, driving higher engagement, retention, and lifetime value. For consumer apps, engagement is everything. social.plus is designed to help brands keep users inside their ecosystem rather than losing them to external platforms. By embedding community features within an app, brands can foster deeper interactions, increase user retention, and unlock new monetization opportunities. We are hiring a Head of Global Sales to lead and scale enterprise revenue growth at social.plus. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. While the position includes responsibility for leading and supporting the sales team, its primary focus is driving revenue directly through the acquisition of new enterprise customers. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who genuinely enjoys selling. Someone who gets energy from opening doors, building executive relationships, navigating complex buying committees, and winning transformational deals. You will spend the majority of your time identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities with some of the world's largest consumer brands. At the same time, you will help strengthen our sales organization by coaching the team, improving execution, and creating greater consistency across the commercial function. This is a highly visible role that works closely with the CEO and leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of social.plus growth.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of personally closing large enterprise deals, ideally with consumer brands, retail, ecommerce, healthcare, fitness, travel, media, or entertainment companies.
  • Experience selling six and seven figure contracts.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a strong ownership mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with strong executive presence.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with significant autonomy.
  • Willing to travel internationally and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Although remote, the role requires residency within the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for candidates who have experience selling to large consumer facing brands and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise revenue growth by personally securing and closing high value opportunities while helping build a world class sales organization capable of scaling globally.
  • The majority of your focus will be dedicated to sourcing, developing, and closing high value opportunities with large enterprise customers. You will own strategic sales cycles end to end, from initial outreach through contract execution, and will work directly with senior decision makers across some of the world's leading consumer brands.
  • You will partner closely with the CEO on the company's largest opportunities and play an active role in defining account strategy, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving deals to successful outcomes.
  • You will be expected to proactively create pipeline rather than rely exclusively on inbound demand. This includes developing relationships within target accounts, leveraging your professional network, attending industry events, building strategic partnerships, and identifying creative ways to engage prospective customers.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a strong personal pipeline at all times and bring a highly proactive approach to business development.
  • As one of the commercial leaders of social.plus, you will represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, executive roundtables, and industry events around the world.
  • You will build long term relationships with senior executives and become a trusted advisor to customers and prospects alike.
  • Alongside your direct selling responsibilities, you will provide leadership and support to the sales team. This includes coaching on deal strategy, helping improve forecasting accuracy, driving accountability, and sharing best practices across the organization.
  • You will work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer transitions and identify opportunities for long term account growth.
  • You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure that customer feedback, market insights, and commercial opportunities are translated into action.
  • You will also partner directly with the CEO on major strategic initiatives, key partnerships, and important customer relationships.
