About The Position

The Global Head of Transformation is a senior, enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for helping design how Prologis operates at global scale. This role exists to strengthen the operating foundations, decision structures, planning discipline, and repeatable models needed as Prologis expands into new services, technologies, and business models. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Corporate Development, this leader will partner with executive and board-adjacent stakeholders across strategy, operations, technology, AI, and regional leadership. The role will help the organization make better decisions faster while balancing global consistency with local flexibility where it truly matters.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operating model design, strategy-to-execution, or large-scale change leadership.
Experience helping complex organizations move from fragmented or siloed operations to common standards, repeatable processes, and scalable systems.
Experience operating across multiple geographies, business units, and functional areas.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise operating models, decision rights, governance frameworks, and prioritization processes.
Experience establishing or rebuilding enterprise business planning processes, KPI frameworks, leading indicators, and performance management rhythms.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into operating models, decision workflows, and measurable business outcomes.
Experience leading change in asset-heavy, platform-based, services-based, or capital-intensive business environments.
Experience embedding AI into planning, forecasting, performance management, or core operational processes.
Ability to operate with executive presence and credibility with senior leadership and board-adjacent stakeholders.
Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-wide operating standards that improve clarity, consistency, and speed of execution across Prologis’s global footprint while preserving local flexibility where it matters.
Improve how decisions are made, governed, and executed by reducing friction, ambiguity, and siloed information across regions, business units, and functions.
Build a disciplined enterprise business planning foundation, including priority sequencing, KPI frameworks, leading indicators, outcome tracking, and performance management rhythms.
Translate AI adoption into core process transformation by partnering with senior leaders to embed AI into planning, forecasting, performance management, and operational workflows.
Support leaders launching new businesses, services, and offerings by ensuring operating and planning foundations are built early and growth initiatives are coordinated, scalable, and measurable.
Lead large-scale, multi-year change across a global, asset-heavy B2B organization, bridging strategy, operations, technology, and AI from vision through execution.
Partner with executive and board-adjacent stakeholders to strengthen enterprise management infrastructure as Prologis expands into new services, technologies, and business models.
