About The Position

Build the supply chain engine before demand, devices, and customer fulfillment outgrow the current system. Our client is a seed-funded, hardware-enabled health technology startup building a B2B platform across wearable devices, biometric data, and enterprise software. This is the first real owner for fulfillment and supply chain. No polished machine to inherit. You will build the operating system.

Requirements

• 7+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or ops
• Hardware, electronics, device, or physical product experience
• Built process in messy or high-growth environments
• Managed global suppliers, vendors, freight, and inventory
• Strong ERP, MRP, or inventory systems experience
• Able to own the function without a large team

Nice To Haves

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• PMP or similar project certification
• Medical device, biotech, or health tech experience
• QMS, FDA, ISO, or regulated-product exposure

Responsibilities

• Build fulfillment and supply chain from the ground up
• Own suppliers, vendors, freight, inventory, and fulfillment
• Manage B2B fulfillment, drop-shipping, and customer-owned inventory
• Create ERP and inventory workflows before scale breaks them
• Improve visibility across inventory, billing, and delivery
• Reduce stockouts, delays, rework, and vendor confusion
• Prepare operations for regulated-product maturity and QMS needs
