About The Position

WiredScore is the leading certification body for digital connectivity and smart building performance, with offices globally. The company works with major real estate owners and developers to certify buildings worldwide. In 2026, WiredScore joined forces with Meter, a provider of enterprise internet infrastructure, to define the next era of connectivity in real estate. This role is within an award-winning marketing team at the center of a fast-growing, global business. The Head of Field Marketing will lead WiredScore’s field marketing activity across a critical market. This role is at the intersection of brand experience, business development, content development, and digital engagement, bringing marketing vision to life throughout the sales funnel. As the first dedicated field marketing hire in North America, this individual will shape the regional marketing approach, acting as a local expert within a global marketing team. While the primary focus is field marketing, the role will also involve developing and delivering locally relevant content, social media, and press strategies. Success requires a commercially minded, well-rounded marketer with a proven ability to translate global strategy into effective regional execution, a passion for creating high-quality client experiences, and the ability to work collaboratively, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in real estate field marketing, delivering high-impact events that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to execute industry-leading campaigns end-to-end, including content strategy, development, and execution via field marketing formats.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex events end-to-end, across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external partners.
  • Experience owning budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Real estate or closely related B2B sector experience, with an understanding of the audience and market dynamics.
  • Creative, analytical, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally in a small, high-performing team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering corporate or industry-specific events, such as trade shows, conferences, or executive roundtables.
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, Pardot, or similar).
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers for social media or event logistics.
  • Background in employee advocacy or influencer programs on LinkedIn.
  • Global or multi-market marketing experience, working across regions and time zones.
  • A portfolio of past events showcasing your event management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field marketing strategy for North America (USA & Canada) working with GTM leadership to align on goals and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, from concept to follow-up, ensuring each is insight-led and goal-oriented.
  • Build partnerships with external organisations - clients, partners, industry bodies, government bodies etc. - to create and execute high-impact field marketing activations.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and capture learnings to optimize future activity and spend.
  • Collaborate with Content, Brand, and Product Marketing to shape campaigns and maximise impact.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices to enable scalable, consistent field marketing delivery in all markets.
  • Bring fresh ideas by monitoring trends in B2B events and field marketing.
  • Build trusted partnerships with regional commercial teams, advising on how marketing can best support their goals.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team, contributing to campaigns and supporting colleagues where needed.
  • Champion the WiredScore brand and audience, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity in all outputs.
