Head of Events & Experiential

AppleCulver City, CA

About The Position

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. You bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish. You will be joining an inspiring team that works to bring the Apple brand to life through unique events and experiences that connect our customers with our services and products. This team is housed within Apple Music, but also creates bespoke events and experiences across TV marketing, Sports, Fitness, and other Apple services. We are looking for a senior creative leader who operates with equal fluency in big-picture strategy and hands-on creative direction — someone who can pitch a bold experiential concept in the morning and pressure-test the P&L behind it in the afternoon. You are a visionary experiential leader with a rare combination of creative ambition and operational rigor, capable of inspiring teams to deliver bold, culturally impactful work at the highest level. You blend creative intuition, strategic acumen, and deep production expertise to craft immersive experiences that resonate meaningfully with audiences while advancing clear business objectives and measurable outcomes. You lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability — bringing out the best in people by challenging them to think outside the box and constantly push for new ways to do amazing work. You foster a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration, encouraging teams to work together across the Apple ecosystem, embrace new ideas, and push creative boundaries. You are deeply invested in developing talent, identifying strengths, and creating opportunities for individuals and teams to learn, grow, and thrive through change. You bring a deep passion for immersive storytelling, experiential design, and culturally resonant activations. You generate original ideas — not simply executing briefs, but shaping creative vision from concept through delivery. You understand how to balance bold creative ambition with operational rigor, ensuring every initiative is strategically aligned, thoughtfully planned, and built for impact. You mentor and empower the producers and creatives on the team to manage their project pipelines with strategy and enable efficiency across multiple work streams — from early concepting to global productions. You are highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure, with exceptional business and budget management capabilities across complex service lines and stakeholder groups. As a senior leader, you are a trusted partner across the organization, known for executive presence, clear communication, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You navigate ambiguity and complexity with confidence, align teams around shared goals, and consistently raise the standard for both creative excellence and team performance.
