Head of Enterprise Marketing

HeyGenLos Angeles, CA

About The Position

At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences. The Role We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead HeyGen’s enterprise marketing motion, with an initial focus on helping us win the world’s largest and most strategic companies. HeyGen already has significant organic adoption inside many of the world’s largest enterprises. Our next opportunity is to turn that awareness and usage into deep, strategic enterprise relationships — while proactively breaking into the high-value accounts we want to win. This is not a traditional B2B demand generation role focused on maximizing lead volume. You’ll partner closely with our enterprise sales team to identify the accounts that matter most and develop creative, highly targeted programs that help us engage the right buyers and buying committees within them. You’ll be the founding leader of this function, reporting to the CMO. You’ll start as a highly hands-on operator — developing strategy and personally executing programs — with the opportunity to build a team as the motion scales.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful experience marketing to large enterprise customers and several years operating at a senior leadership level.
  • A strong track record building and executing account-based marketing / strategic account programs that generated measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience working with high-ACV, complex enterprise sales motions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of modern ABM tactics: targeted paid media, personalized content and experiences, executive programs, field marketing, direct mail/gifting, intent signals, and buying-committee engagement.
  • Extremely strong partnership instincts with Sales. You think in terms of shared accounts and shared revenue outcomes, not Marketing vs. Sales metrics.
  • Highly creative marketer who can figure out how to get the attention of a Fortune 500 executive rather than simply running the standard B2B playbook.
  • Analytical enough to understand account signals, measure program effectiveness, and make disciplined decisions about where to invest.
  • Comfortable spanning strategy and execution. You can present an enterprise marketing strategy to the leadership team in the morning and personally ship a campaign in the afternoon.
  • Experience with broader B2B demand generation is a plus.
  • Experience building a function from an early stage and eventually hiring and leading a small, high-performing team.
  • AI-Native Mindset: You should be deeply fluent in AI tools and comfortable using them to research accounts, understand buying committees, personalize campaigns, create content, analyze performance, and multiply your output. We’re looking for someone who sees AI not simply as something HeyGen sells, but as a fundamental part of how modern marketing should operate.

Nice To Haves

  • Over time, this role may expand beyond strategic accounts into more scalable enterprise and mid-market programs.
  • Experience at a fast-growing PLG company is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build our strategic account marketing engine
  • Build the ABM playbook for HeyGen from the ground up, defining how Marketing and Sales work together to penetrate and win our highest-value accounts.
  • Develop deep understanding of priority accounts, their business challenges, key stakeholders, existing HeyGen adoption, and signals of buying intent.
  • Create repeatable account planning and measurement systems that can scale as our enterprise business grows.
  • Create programs that get us into the accounts that matter
  • Create personalized landing pages, pitches, demos, content, and experiences tailored to priority accounts and industries.
  • Build executive programs — including intimate dinners, roundtables, VIP events, and executive-to-executive engagement — that create meaningful relationships with senior enterprise buyers.
  • Develop creative ways to surround entire buying committees, reaching champions, decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders with messaging relevant to their role.
  • Experiment aggressively. Find unconventional ways to get the attention of difficult-to-reach enterprise buyers rather than relying on a standard B2B marketing playbook.
  • Turn HeyGen’s existing adoption into an enterprise advantage
  • Use first-party product signals to identify champions, understand account penetration, prioritize opportunities, and inform account-specific marketing.
  • Develop programs that help convert organic product adoption into larger enterprise relationships.
  • Connect our PLG and strategic-account motions so that Sales knows where HeyGen already has momentum inside the organizations they’re pursuing.
  • Partner deeply with Sales
  • Operate as part of the enterprise GTM team, not as a separate marketing function.
  • Work directly with enterprise leadership and AEs to understand what is blocking priority accounts and build marketing programs around those problems.
  • Provide targeted air cover around major opportunities as they progress through the sales cycle.
  • Bring account insights and market learnings back into our enterprise strategy and help shape where we focus next.
  • Expand the motion over time
  • Identify opportunities to apply what works to a broader set of enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Determine which successful high-touch programs can become repeatable and scalable without sacrificing quality.
  • Build the team, technology, agency relationships, and operating model required as enterprise marketing grows.
