About The Position

BEWS is transforming how enterprises connect people, assets, and operations through Enterprise Private 5G and Neutral Host solutions. These offerings enable customers to modernize operations, automate critical workflows, provide cellular connectivity, and accelerate digital transformation through a common 5G foundation. Service Delivery is a critical differentiator in realizing this vision. Success depends not only on winning customers, but on consistently deploying, operating, and scaling complex solutions while delivering measurable business outcomes, creating partner and customer advocates, and establishing the trust required to expand adoption across the enterprise. The BEWS E5G Services organization is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer and partner experience across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through deployment, operations, support, and customer success. The organization combines global expertise, operational excellence, standardized processes, AI-driven automation, and continuous innovation to enable profitable growth at scale. The mission of Customer Services is evolving. While maintaining world-class delivery and customer satisfaction, the organization will increasingly serve as a partner enabler, helping customers and partners deploy, operate, and scale Enterprise 5G solutions with less dependency on BEWS resources over time. Success requires building repeatable delivery models, partner capability, automation, and digital operations that improve customer outcomes while reducing overall delivery costs.

Requirements

  • Based in Plano (TX), Boise (ID), or Montreal (QC); minimum 3 days/week in-office. No relocation assistance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada now and in the future without employer-sponsored visa support.
  • 15+ years in service delivery, customer-facing leadership, operations, or technical leadership within telecom, networking, cloud, or enterprise tech.
  • Extensive experience managing carrier, industry, and enterprise customers in complex service delivery environments.
  • Proven track record driving business transformation, operational improvements, and organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of RAN, Core, Network Management, and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical field.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications market trends, targeted vertical industries, and enterprise customer business drivers.
  • Proven ability to advocate for customer and partner needs and drive resolution across complex global organizations.
  • Deep experience in software/hardware support, managed services, service delivery, and operational excellence, including leading large-scale service transformation initiatives.
  • Track record of building and scaling partner-led delivery and support models, and applying AI, automation, and digital operations to improve customer experience and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated success improving service profitability while enhancing customer outcomes, with strong financial acumen in managing budgets, service P&Ls, metrics, and cost optimization.
  • Experience delivering cost reductions through simplification, standardization, automation, and operating model transformation.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills, with strong leadership of global, cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, with experience in collaborative, matrixed, multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global delivery and lifecycle management of Enterprise Private 5G and Neutral Host solutions, driving successful deployment, adoption, operation, and expansion of BEWS offerings.
  • Define and execute a global Enterprise 5G Services strategy that supports BEWS growth, profitability, scalability, quality, and partner/customer satisfaction, positioning the function as a strategic growth engine.
  • Build a partner‑first delivery model with the capabilities, tools, certifications, and governance to enable partners to sell, deploy, operate, and support at scale while reducing reliance on BEWS delivery resources.
  • Create repeatable service offerings, deployment methodologies, and operational frameworks, and drive adoption of AI, automation, and self‑service to improve experience, speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Own the organization’s financial performance (revenue, margin, OpEx, productivity, utilization) and continuously reduce cost per deployment and per network operated while balancing customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish operational rigor through metrics, governance, analytics, and forecasting; act as executive escalation point for critical issues; and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and customer centricity.
