About The Position

We're looking for a Head of Embedded Finance to lead the strategy, growth, and operating performance of our Embedded Finance business across North America. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a rapidly growing platform business at the intersection of payments, software, and financial services. You'll help shape how software companies deliver payments and financial services to millions of merchants while building the next generation of embedded finance solutions.

Requirements

Executive leadership experience within payments, fintech, SaaS, software, platform businesses, or embedded finance.
Proven success owning a P&L or leading a significant business unit with responsibility for growth, profitability, and strategic execution.
Deep understanding of embedded payments, integrated payments, PayFac models, software ecosystems, or embedded financial services.
Track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership skills, with the ability to balance innovation, risk management, compliance, and scalable execution.

Nice To Haves

Experience scaling embedded finance or platform-based businesses through strategic partnerships and product innovation.
Experience working with vertical software providers, B2B2X business models, or distribution-led growth strategies.
MBA or equivalent leadership experience in a high-growth, complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Own the Embedded Finance business across North America, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, partner adoption, and long-term business performance.
Define and execute the strategy to evolve our embedded payments platform into a broader financial ecosystem that delivers more value to software partners and merchants.
Build and scale commercial growth initiatives across sales, partnerships, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Partner closely with Product and Technology leaders to shape the roadmap, prioritize investments, and bring innovative financial services solutions to market.
Lead a cross-functional organization and influence stakeholders across the enterprise to drive execution, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
