About The Position

We are looking for a Head of Ecosystem Partnerships who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join our Immunology Patient Value Unit (PVU) in our Atlanta, GA headquarters. As a senior leader, you will define and execute a national ecosystem strategy across Immunology, aligning portfolio priorities with broader business objectives. You will translate enterprise strategy into regional execution, driving measurable impact across key customer segments and care delivery models. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business performance, improving patient access, and strengthening positioning within complex healthcare ecosystems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Minimum 5 years of managing/leading teams
Must be able to travel approximately 25–50% of the time, including occasional weekends

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
Experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology
Proven experience in strategy development and execution
Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Experience in marketing strategy and tactical execution
Track record of driving portfolio-level or enterprise impact
Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience
