Position Overview: The Head of Digital Product will lead and motivate a growing product organization responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products across Enterprise and Customer Facing Experiences at Canada Goose. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this position manages the entire product portfolio spanning Enterprise Technology (ERP and core platforms), Ecommerce, Retail Systems, and Marketing Technology. This leader is accountable for shaping and advancing a unified product strategy that integrates internal platforms with customer facing experiences, driving scalable growth, operational excellence, commercial impact and outstanding omnichannel experiences. The ideal candidate is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in retail or related sectors, strong enterprise technology expertise, and a proven record leading large product teams in a SAFe / Agile environment.
