We are seeking a commercially driven and audience-centric Head of Delegates to lead the development, launch, and scaling of Hyve’s delegate growth and engagement strategy across the Acquisitions & Best Practice portfolio, plus Connected Commerce, Mining Indaba and ASU+GSV. Reporting to the President of Acquisitions & Best Practice, this is a strategic global leadership role focused on transforming how Hyve acquires, engages, retains, and monetises unattached delegates across the event lifecycle. The successful candidate will oversee the inaugural Year 1 rollout of the new delegate blueprint, refining the strategy, operating model, and performance framework before supporting broader implementation across additional events and brands from Year 2 onwards. This role focuses specifically on general attendee and unattached delegate audiences. A key part of the role will be driving the Acquisitions & Best Practice & Connected Commerce delegate revenue performance, with responsibility for delivering delegate revenue targets of approximately $104m, while identifying new commercial and audience growth opportunities to expand performance year-on-year. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams, the Head of Delegates will create a scalable, commercially successful, and highly engaging delegate model that strengthens audience loyalty, drives revenue growth, and builds year-round community engagement.
