About The Position

A leading consumer wellness app with tens of millions of users is hiring a Head of Data Analytics to own and evolve the company’s data function across product, growth, marketing, and executive decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate as a true player-coach: managing a small data team, partnering closely with Product and Marketing, and still getting close enough to the data to drive meaningful business insights. The company operates with the speed and autonomy of a startup, while backed by the stability of a large public healthcare organization. The product is already loved by millions globally, and the team is now expanding beyond content into a broader integrated care platform focused on sleep and wellness.

  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with modern analytics/data tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Python, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau, Looker, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with executives, product leaders, marketers, engineers, and data teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Practical interest in AI tools and automation.
