About The Position

This role involves leading a team across all aspects of cultivation operations, directing department leads, overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality control, and supporting ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and compliance. The leadership in this position will guide production and maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven leader experienced in managing people, optimizing performance, and building systems for scalable success, comfortable using digital tools for tracking and reporting.
