About The Position

Viridian Staffing is seeking a seasoned Head of Cultivation to join our Client’s cannabis operation in Illinois. In this role, you’ll lead a large team across all aspects of cultivation operations. You’ll be responsible for directing a team of department leads while overseeing daily workflows, ensuring quality control, and supporting ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and compliance. Your leadership will play a key role in guiding production and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment.
