About The Position

We're hiring the Head of Community & Social who will be the voice of NPHub. NPHub started by solving the problem of nurse practitioner students being unable to find clinical preceptors and has grown into the country's largest preceptor matching platform. Through its sister brand NPHire, it also offers the only jobs platform exclusively for nurse practitioners. The company has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years and received $20M in investment in 2025. The role involves leading organic social and community efforts for both NPHub and NPHire, including strategy, channels, content, ambassador talent, and outcomes. The position will also serve as the primary on-camera voice for NPHub, creating content such as scripts, reels, and threads, and mentoring ambassadors. The role reports to the Director of B2C Marketing and collaborates with B2B marketing, paid social, and the content/creative pod.

Requirements

  • Active or recently active clinical credential (NP, NP student, RN, or directly equivalent clinical role).
  • Demonstrated audience-building experience (personal creator presence, brand's presence, or a community grown with measurable outcomes).
  • 5+ years in marketing, content, or community work, with at least 2 years in a leadership or function-owning role.
  • Player-coach DNA: ability to create content and develop strategy.
  • Native fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups as a creator and operator.
  • AI-fluent (ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI features).
  • Located in Atlanta or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable with hybrid in-office work.

  • Existing personal audience of 25K+ on any platform.
  • Past experience building or scaling an ambassador, affiliate, or creator program.
  • Reddit-native understanding of brand dynamics on the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organic social and community across NPHub and NPHire, including strategy, channels, content, ambassador talent, and outcomes.
  • Serve as the most consistent on-camera voice for NPHub, creating original talking-head content, educational explainers, day-in-the-life videos, NP career commentary, and preceptor stories.
  • Develop and execute a 12-month roadmap for community and social across both brands, encompassing ambassadors & content creators, social media communities (Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, subreddits), and social content (short and long form videos).
  • Mentor ambassadors and content creators.
  • Manage and grow social media communities on platforms like Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, and subreddits.
  • Create and manage social content, including short and long-form videos.
