Position Overview: The Head of Commercial Finance (FP&A) reports to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as the primary finance partner to the President, Brand & Commercial, with close engagement with the President, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Leadership Team. This role provides independent, objective, and fact-based financial leadership across the commercial agenda—balancing growth ambition and brand strategy with financial discipline, risk management, and long-term shareholder value creation via margin expansion in a public-company environment. The role anchors the company’s commercial finance discipline across the weekly trade, monthly Management Operating Review (MOR), semi-annual Latest Estimate (LE), and annual budget cycles, ensuring a consistent, credible, and well-governed financial view from short-term execution through long-term strategy. The Head of Commercial Finance must be oriented towards the future with a bias towards: “what/so what/now what” actions.
