About The Position

Endless Studios is a dual mission game studio focused on building great games and integrating students into the work with industry professionals. The studio aims to teach the next generation of digital creators essential skills in game making, which are transferable to various digitally driven careers. Students gain expertise in design, coding, writing, content creation, and marketing, alongside critical soft skills like teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and persistence. This role is for the individual who will lead the launch and growth of the Endless Creator Clubs, a new initiative starting on college campuses in the US. The foundation for these clubs has been laid by a summer intern team, and this position will take ownership of the remaining development and execution to make the idea a reality.

Requirements

  • High energy and genuine belief in the initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campuses, events, a team, and a budget simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for briefing teams, pitching students, and engaging with colleagues.
  • A genuine interest in games, education, or both.
  • Self-sufficiency and the ability to make decisions and move forward independently, with close collaboration with a manager and founder.
  • Likely a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate, with the ability to connect with and understand the needs of 20-year-old club members.
  • Drive and confidence, rather than extensive experience with established corporate processes.

  • Define and run the founders' summit (late fall) and the spring festival from a blank page, including format, content, and venue.
  • Run the part-time team continuing from the summer intern group, ensuring the whole initiative stays in motion and pointed in the same direction.
  • Recruit, sign, and support the founding pairs across roughly a dozen campuses, keeping strong clubs strong and making decisions about clubs that aren't working.
  • Build the recruitment engine for the fall 2027 wave to make the second cohort easier to land than the first.
  • Define the budget and organizational structure needed to support growth.
  • Be the founding voice of Endless Creator Clubs to the outside world, including calls with universities, founders, partners, and media.
