About The Position

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their therapeutics. We are building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at 100x the speed. We are looking for someone who has the fire to prove others wrong and is looking for a strategic BizOps like process development, coordination, and implementation role.

Requirements

  • Deeply understands pharmaceutical marketing, creative workflows, and client delivery optimization
  • 7- 12 years of pharmaceutical marketing agency experience as a Senior Product Manager or Client Operations Lead
  • Has experiencing establishing operational/delivery processes at their previous role
  • Has been responsible for managing personnel and large teams across account services organizations, and preferably multiple 1MM+ Life Sciences accounts
  • Great organizational and people coordination skills
  • Has incredible attention to detail
  • Is looking for a strategic BizOps like process development, coordination, and implementation role
  • Deeply quantitative by nature

Nice To Haves

  • AI-Native: knows how to use Claude, Cursor, and different AI tools to increase operational efficiency across functions.
  • Has a certain level of client experience but not required for the job
  • Understands how to use design tools such as Adobe and Figma

Responsibilities

  • Developing a scalable client operations playbook
  • Work with our Commercial Engagement Team (consisting of Commercial Engagement Leads, Creative Teams, Medical Teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers) to develop a scalable operations playbook
  • Monitoring the flow of tasks coming in and out of Solstice to ensure that all non-platform requests are tracked, executed, and delivered to clients.
  • Coordinate tasks coming in and and out, quantify metrics, and identify bottlenecks to relay to the product team
  • Organize team meetings across creative, medical, and commercial engagement functions to enhance operations productivity
  • Optimize workflows across the commercial engagement organization to increase efficiency and enable a similar quality of client service in a quickly scalable, “margin positive” way
  • Standardize client engagement process across 20+ large pharma accounts and establish unified processes
